Refunds, Cancellation & Return Policy
THIS POLICY IS ONLY FOR ORLANDOTICKETCONNECTION.COM.
Please contact the website you ordered your tickets from if it was not from ORLANDO TICKET CONNECTION. Due to our special contracts with the theme parks and other partners we are required to adhere to strict refund guidelines.
If you require a refund, a fee of 20% of the total order amount will be charged to cover the delivery, handling and the processing fees associated with accepting your credit card and fulfilling the order.
• E-Tickets must be unused to qualify for the OTC Return Policy.
• Expired tickets, or any ticket not currently sold on this site, are non-refundable.
• Disney Will Call Certificates are not refundable once the order has been placed..
• Many tours and activities require advanced notice for a cancellation or reservation change, please contact our customer service center for more info.
- The shipping option is your choice. We are not responsible for the US Postal Service, Federal Express, or United Parcel Service in the event that you do not receive your package prior to your vacation, regardless of the expiration dates.
- Weather, illness, or any other emergencies do not reflect a change in our no refund- no exchange policy.
- Errors & omissions on behalf of Orlando Ticket Connection are handled on a case by case basis and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Restrictions & Disclaimers:
Ticket prices are controlled by the theme parks and other area attractions and are subject to change without notice. Orlando Ticket Connection is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. Many theme parks require under Florida law that multiple day park or event tickets are non-transferable and must be used by the same person on any and all days. You cannot share a multiple day tickets with friends or family. Orlando Ticket Connection is not responsible for changes in park hours, attractions or entertainment schedules. Some parks or attractions may be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice. If purchasing with a credit card; the name of the card holder must also be one of the names on the tickets. Orders without this information will not be processed.
Please note that we are not responsible for customers who provide us with the wrong delivery address and no refunds or exchanges will be provided if the result of an incorrect address is a lost package. Once orders are placed, any address changes incur a $ 15.00 change fee.
