In-Park Information Center
The Information Center is located just inside the park to the right of the Main Entrance. Team members can assist you with the following:
- Visitor information (hotels, campsites, points of interest)
- Guides for guests with disabilities
- Show information
- Travel assistance
- Lost and found
- Lost children’s center
- General park information and assistance

Intersection of Interstate 4 and FL 528 (Bee Line Expressway), 10 minutes south of downtown Orlando and 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport

Lockers
All-day lockers are located inside the Main Entrance of the park behind Shamu®’s Emporium for a rental fee $7.00 for small lockers or $10.00 for a large locker. One-time use lockers are also available near Journey to Atlantis®, Kraken®, Shamu’s Happy Harbor, and Manta® for a rental fee of $2.00 for 2 hours.
Diaper-changing and baby-nursing areas, first-aid, foreign currency exchange, 24-hour automated teller machine, taxi, and bus parking.
Wheelchair & Stroller Rentals
Wheelchair access is provided at all shows and attractions. For safety reasons, all strollers must be parked outside of most exhibits and attractions. SeaWorld is not responsible for strollers or their contents left unattended in the park.
