Operating Hours are seasonal which means guests should always plan their vacation ahead of time. This avoids any confusion and saves a lot of time and energy when it is all said and done! All four Disney Parks open later in the morning, during peak visiting periods, such as holidays and summertime.

Guests can bring a small cooler into Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. They can’t be larger than 24 inches long by 15 inches wide by 18 inches high and one person should be able to carry it. If the cooler is larger than the lockers under the train station at Magic Kingdom, they will not be permitted. Any coolers larger than that — including those with wheels — are not allowed inside the park. Disney searches all coolers (regardless of size) for glass containers and alcoholic beverages, neither of which are allowed inside the park. This is important Disney World Theme Park Information!
Because Disney’s Animal Kingdom contains live animal exhibits, it has a stricter cooler policy. Disney is concerned for the health of their animals. Guest can’t bring ANY coolers into the park. They can bring soft-shelled bags such as backpacks or tote. The sole exception is if a visitor has a condition requiring cooled medication; in such instances, he may store his medication in a cooler and keep it in one of the lockers in the park. Guest Relations will store the cooler if it will not fit in a locker.
