Hang ten at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park. Guests can catch a wave in the park’s 2.75 million- gallon wave pool, guided by the pros from the Cocoa Beach Surf School before regular park hours. Three- to 6-foot waves come crashing in every 90 seconds, giving guests a chance to jump up on their board and carve some whitewater. The 2-hour session includes the expertise of 2 instructors, use of a soft-side surfboard, 30 minutes of dry-land instruction and 2 hours of surfing in the water.
