Universal Orlando’s Superstar Parade offers an entirely new form of interactive entertainment that gives guests and entire families the opportunity to join in the fun. Some of today’s most beloved characters and stories bring new adventure to the streets of Universal Studios during the parade, an exciting show experience that features larger-than-life floats, state-of-the-art technology and hundreds of energetic street performers.
Universal Orlando’s Superstar Parade
Guests get to sing and dance along with their favorite characters including the minions from the blockbuster animated feature Despicable Me, E.B. from the hit comedy, Hop, Nickelodeon’s SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora & Diego. Guests also have the opportunity to enjoy performances and character meet-and-greets prior to the parade at select locations throughout the day.
The streets of Universal Studios® are transformed into a theme-park-wide performance stage in one of the largest interactive experiences ever created. With shows throughout the day, the parade features elaborately themed floats, hundreds of energetic street performers, and spectacular music.
The amazing Universal Superstar Parade floats have hundreds of speakers on them, lots of animatronics and moving parts and tons of LED lights. The Despicable Me float also features two huge hi-definition LED video screens featuring a Minion music video for all to enjoy. Each of these floats is also equipped with GPS so that each movement of the floats is choreographed and the floats end up in exactly the right place during the show stops for every parade.

Live drum line, with E.B. playing lead drums!
The parade makes regular stops at Mel’s Drive-In and Battery Park, so you can meet and interact with your favorite characters. Its starts at 7:00pm and last for about 1/2 hour.
